Make a mask at home! *portion changed*

Still wearing my contact lens, had it on my eyes since 8pm. I'm 'smart' enough to drop my one and only one spec to the optic shop for repair and left hurriedly to send my brother back and forgot about that until.....10pm. Shop already closed. -.-


It was raining this morning when I woke up and I felt utterly comfortable. I don't wanna leave my bed and I sincerely hoped I can stay for few more days. This is how lazy I am.
The cozy and pleasant ambiance caused by the pre-Monsoon season made me fell deeply in love with my hometown. In addition of the holiday mood I'm having. It's really nice u know, like autumn but Malaysia version. Wonderful.
And my wish came true!

Today is Monday right, I supposed to go back to KL today. At noon harn wei drove me to my ex school, SMART, picked up our STPM certificates and then lunch then planned to go to bus station to purchase my ticket.
During the lunch, I made some calls to my college buddies I realized I have one class on Wednesday and lucky me, WEDNESDAY IS HOLIDAY!
That means I can stay in Kuantan for few more days! Yaaaaaaaaaay!

So I spent the entire afternoon with harn wei and yun chian. We went ECMall, randomly walked in Padini Concept Store and came out with shopping bags. I love spending time with them ;)
Goh harnie, we like you just the way you are (want me to sing the song for u?) , so don't carry too many thoughts on you kay? Eventually it'll become a burden and you will not feel good on that.

Anyone of u remember our dear Meei Siew likes to pronounce cucumber funnily as CU-CUM-BER (read it with Bahasa Malaysia)? Her sense of humour is superb.


Traced back to few days ago, my brother had his tennis competition and he was exposed under the hot sun for hours. When he came back we was pretty shocked by his face condition as his pimple looked angry red and swollen. Not to mention that he is tanned.

He was worried about his pimple so I suggested to cover it with sliced cucumber. But then mom said it was a wrong act as there's something inside cucumber which is inappropriate to apply directly on your face.
Referring to a book, we made a mask with cucumber. Brother as white mice.

Then the next day brother asked for it again. Surprisingly, the pimples seemed cooled and calm down, the overall complexion is fairer and the pimple scars are reduced! W.O.W
No wonder he wanted it again and that's why I decided to share it here.

Ingredients are easily available and it's so easy to make!

CUCUMBER
EGG WHITES
FLOUR
LEMON DROPS

That's all! Simple, not?

Steps for a portion of one.

First step :

Mash half sticka quarter of fresh cucumber. You may blend it with blender. Make sure it's mashed until no visible big particles are seen. Smooth one.

Second step :
Add in flour. About 3/4 5/4 (to make the texture more dough-ish) of the quantity of cucumber. Don't have to be very exact. You agak agak lah. Gaulkan / Mix the mixture with chopstick or fork.

Third step :
Add in one egg whites and few drops of fresh lemon juice! Roughly squeeeeeze it will do! Mix mix mix.

The end mixture should be in light green with some cucumber small particles ;)

Apply it on your clean washed face. Can apply toner before that for better absorption.
After like 20 minutes, wash it completely, pat your wet face with towel and ta-da, feel the changes! Level of effect may differ individually!

Changes like : Fairer, smoother skin, less wrinkles, pimples scars is lighter.
Aren't these effects are what you are hoping from your skin care all the time?

Keep the extra in fridge if you dont want to waste, if not, just discard it.
Apply it every two day if you're hardworking enough! I personally think this mask is okay for sensitive skin as there's no chemical among the ingredients.
