She's from Taiwan and She's from Malaysia

Joanna Wang & Zee Avi are both awesome.
Both are gifted with soulful jazz vocals.
Both have great passion towards music, and it is worth to be mentioned when their musics are not following the trend of current pop music market are demanding.

Zee Avi's songs are cute. Nice to listen on a fine and cloudy Sunday afternoon.
And you just want to lie on a comfy bed/sofa/grass, with the positive curve on your face, you close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply, listen and feel everything adorable and lovely around you.
You'll forget all the dark and negative side of the world and yes, this moment, the world is so peacefully cute.

Bitter Heart, Kantoi, I am Me Once More, Let Me In is my love <3

Best part of Zee Avi is, she is a Malaysian.

Still, I prefer Joanna Wang much more =)
Her voice is more powerful and she tells a story in every song.
She successfully expresses what's on her mind about the song with her voice. Her tone changes according the mood of the song.

For those who always follow Joanna, you'll noticed that she always sing someone else's song.
And one special thing is, she sing as if that song is hers.
Somehow she bring the song out with her style.

Joanna Wang is a story teller.
She tells a story when she sings.
This story teller knew she cannot just tell other's story, so she began to compose her own story. She writes her own songs.

I don't feel real everytime her songs are played,
somehow she brings me to somewhere else, not at the moment I suppose to be.
Somewhere her story locates and the adventure happens.

So, when she sing a sad song, I feel pathetic. When she sing a song of hope, there's a pot of gold over the rainbow!

Haha, her voice is so influential to me.
No I am not crazy.
I am just one of her fans that adores and admires her musics & her voice, just like how she love hers.

I know there's alot of great soul jazz singer out there.
Zee Avi & Joanna Wang are just part of them.
I listen to them and talking about them here because they are asian. (Just ignore Joanna is partially raised in US).

Introduce them to me =)
