I accompanied my mom to a dinner.

Mom asked me and kie to accompany her to AIA's Annual Award Dinner because dad is not free to go and it is a waste if both of them are absent.This is the first time I've been to a big company dinner. And I definitely had learned how should a grand dinner be presented to everyone.

The theme for the dinner is James Bond : Royale Casino. So this is how the invitation card looks like.
Gents are expected to dress formally with a bow tie and for the ladies, dress to KILL.

I don't purposely dress up for the dinner since it has nothing to do with me. There is a cocktail session before the dinner. A violinist is there to entertain the guest.

I don't think ppl had enjoyed what she played, the surrounding is too noisy for her unmic violin to be heard.
But she was one of the focus, I saw a lot of people stood beside her and took photo!

The entrance of the dinner hall is nicely decorated.

Note that all the roses are real & fresh roses!

I forgot that roses have throns, nearly prick while handling the roses.
The venue is decorated by a lot of fresh roses.
Hmmph, do roses have anything to do with 007?

A silhouette of a curvy, sexy ladies bathing on the stage is the opening of the dinner. All the audience were pretty exciting to see that, especially gents xD

Then the master of ceremony walked out.
The girl looked familiar....O.m.g! Is Deborah Henry!

I can see we as the guest are enjoying the entertainment, except for the prize giving ceremony is abit too long.
It was actually scheduled half an hour but it took one and a half hour. How ironic. I wonder how the dinner planner plan for the time. And they actually arranged to give 7 main awards in one section.
By 10.40pm, we only had 3 course.

Overall, it is an awesome dinner.
