新春新希望！Happy New Year!

Happy Chinese New Year my dear friend.

mmm, this maybe the last new year that I can celebrate as long as I want.
Next year I will be in U, so the holidays are limited. =(

As yan jie said : the most happy things in CNY is all friends can gather together without any excuse like work la, with family la, blablabla.

Although some of the gS member isn't around like belinda, mien yuh, qiao yi and melissa.
But we still had fun with each other.
It would be very very nice if they all are here too.
Honestly, without them I feel incomplete and weird lah. CNY in past year, our bai nian tuan is a big group, almost 20 ppl in this big family.

I am budak kuantan. Purely Kuantan kid so i'm not going anywhere during new year but stay in Kuantan.

The day before the first day of Chinese New Year / Chu 1 is Chu Xi.
We had our reunion dinner at grandma's house.
mm, don't know why I had yee sang in the dinner. Yee Sang suppose to be at Chu 7 what.

Anyway, I love to eat yee sang especially those crunchy keropok, sour and sweet sauce, last but not least, the salmon.
mmm, yummy yummy.

About 10pm, I went to grandma's house again to pray.
Every year we will pray to the 'Tian Gong', at some years, we welcome the God of Money / Choy San as well. According to newspaper and media, this year as the year of Ox, the God of Money will visit us Chu 7 or 8. haha.

Below is the look b4 i go to grandma's house to pray.
Thinking that im going to stand beside the fire and the heat may melt my contact lens, I choose to wear spec. Fire!!!!!
Haha, as a part of the praying ceremony, we burn gold and silver paper.Not pure gold and silver la.
If it is, I take it home, melt it and sell again luuu.
It is just a small thin square piece of fake gold or silver stick on a paper.
Burning those paper is like we pay a respect to the God and appreciation to him that he blessed our family for a year.

DAY 1 - 大年初一
Woke up about 10 then visit grandma's house.

With aunt karen ~ me myself. Then 3 of us follow mama to the temple while daddy went to Dato Lee's open house. Mum come to this temple every year. Bless for happiness and healthy for the whole family.
Me too wanna pray for good results, healthy mind and soul.
YOohu. I found some interesting stuff there.

A blossomed chrysanthemum in the temple, Cute meow meow.
And a deadly sleeping dog. I thought dogs hate smoke.
We then went back to grandma's house and saw a lot of ppl in there!
It is sons and daughters of 2nd Uncle and his grandchildren are here too.


So this is Ivan, omg, cant believe he is 7 yrs old. He is still very cute and lazy to talk.Ivan and Rachael.

This is Jeremy and he is 2 yrs old.
We force him to sMile while take pic. He gave his look. haha. so cute.
around 1pm, v went to Dato Wong's aka Pui Hua, Pui Yen's house.

A reporter came to take pics. He look familiar! haha.

I joined gS later at 3 i guess.

Then we all saw partial eclipse. God, that was so beautiful......

too bad that i cant captue anything in my kameila.

2nd day - 年初二

Day two, go back to wai po's house. As usual, we had our lunch there.
Yummy yummy~
What make this year different is we have 3 babies to celebrate with us!

First, Megan who lives in Singapore!
haha, megan is so funny and cute.
mmm, guess who is she looking at? mama or papa?


2nd baby, Madelyn!!
poor thing she is sick that day but still full of energy to play with us.
I ask her to smile to the camera but she is attracted to the fake diamond on my necklace.
aiks. Diamond are the girl's best friend but isn't it too early for u?
haha.
Since she found it very interesting, I wanna have a look too.
3rd, Lewis!!
He is friendly and cudly~
When we ask him to do gong xi gong xi which is grab both hand, instead of doing that, he open and close his palm like doing stars.
haha.. later then he move his leg fingers too.


Ee Kie then offer to give him her kai zai which is a green croc with orange spots.
He though it was food and open his mouth when kie takes near to his mouth.
At last, a photo of all cousins.
Not all la, but all teenagers!
Then we shoot Uncle Sherwood. playful uncle.
At night, went to visit Jern Foong's house. Brought stella along.
Had a scary experience. aikss.
3rd day - 年初三

The morning I found tutu lying with a rude pose.
aiks, the legs far apart. not a neat little girl's pose.
but very funny la..
haha. she is always my darling.
I feed her cabbage thinking that she might get up and it. But she remained her pose. aiks.

Ee Loe is happy feeding her baby..
Night, suppose to go Louis house to gamble but no electricity. Then we changed to Ow Ji Kent's house.

Awh, i gamble till super sleepy.
On sudden thought, I want to become zhong.
Stupid thought!!!
If I am sleepy my luck weren't with me. So it is! My luck gone~
In the end I lost Rm20++ =( boohoooo.

Day 4 - 年初四

Today suppose to be Xue Ji's Da Tuan Bai but I woke up late so didn't manage to go a lot of house. Just two.
Picked doughnut at the bus station with junee, jessvin and bing xian fr the bus terminal.
Went Black Canyonn for lunch then mum called me. It is a tea time with very important person so I had to go. Leaving my friends in ECmall.

The VIP is Joan, Jimmy and their parents.
We had tea in Old Town then I brought Joan and Jimmy to the beach.
Had fun time talking with her! haha.

Mmm, she is leaving tmr. Kinda regret didn't ask her out more frequently.

I cropped out myself coz i look gross but she is cute!

Then we start doing diff expressions

& I found this interesting and ask Jimmy to join.

Night, I followed Kelly to Eva's bday party but I din stay long.
Miss Eva is beautiful that night =)

Then I went to pick junee and went Old Town to meet thin fong who just came back from an island which he don't know the name in Thailand.
ouch.... we then changed location to Kemaman Kopitiam, continue chat till 1am @@
haha, we used to chit chat and talk a lot.

Awh i miss Li Ling and Yaw Wen laaa..


年初五 - 5th day.
Tell u what. Red Cliff will be one of the best movie I've ever watched.
Seriously John Woo make the history alive.
At least I want to read San Guo Yan Yi after watching the movie.

My fav part in this movie? The part that Zhu Ge Liang (played by Takeshi Kaneshiro) went to collect arrow during a huge fog! Very interesting. Zhu Ge Liang is sooooo smart la.

Lin Chi Ling's presentation is accomplished although this is her first movie in the big screen.
Support her!!!!
After movie I meet Phei Yee and Yee Chern. We went to the beach to eat kFc.
Then we heard alerts fr the Gerakan Polis. Quickly we rushed out to see what happened. Wondering someone drowned or accident?
In the end, nothing happened. what the....
I saw some orang bertugas take ropes fr their car then move aside.
ehem, the air is peaceful, tourist are happy but we are disappointed.
haha.


Yee Chern, poor thing coughing on that day.
Night, I went to x-er's house to BBQ.
After BBQ they start the usual CNY activity which is gamble.
haha, i don want to gamble.

That night, I learned how to play mahjong! muax muax harn wei and yun chian for teaching me!
I'm beginner and willing to learn more!!
i miss u... =)
