Failed Muffin

blah..
I tried this recipe before, but this time, i changed the flour to self-raising flour.
BUT! I accidentally add in 2 cups of MILK instead of 1 cup!
WHY? Coz i'm not paying full attention! Don't know where my heart flew to....

The muffin doesn't raise up beautifully in the oven and need 50% more time to bake it.

The whole thing was sooooo sticky.
When the toothpick inserted, it is not clean when came out =(

Out of expectation, daddy, mummy and hubby say it is better than last time!
Hahahaha!
Should I be sad or happy?
